WHK Woven Labels Ltd. is a Canadian-based full service operation woven label manufacturer. Established in 1985, our operating head office and plant stretched across two provinces in Canada. We specialize in broadloom weaving and our current average capacity is average at 2 to 3 million pieces of labels a day. By running 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, and with over 150 employees working both in Toronto and Edmundston, our production capacity makes us proud to be a competitive woven label manufacturer in Canada.
Operation of the Mill Our mill is equipped
with the most advanced CAD capabilities, and 36 broadloom machines
including 4 Airjets, warping machines, cutting and folding It is the dedicated effort from our weavers/mechanic which allows us to achieve an average of 95% efficiency rate in our weaving department. With the latest weaving technology and our well experienced designing staff, we are able to compete successfully with other low cost countries.

our plants, we are able to achieve technological efficiency which can be passed on to our
customers at a lower cost. 
Currently,
30 - 40% of our labels are sold in Canada and 60 - 70% are exported to
United States. WHK is committed to offer the most tightly
integrated weaving operations.
